Isuru Manjitha Neligama is a business development professional with a diverse background in sales and marketing. Currently serving as a Junior Executive at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing since October 2021, Isuru previously held positions such as Field Sales Supervisor at Suzuki Motors Lanka Limited and Junior Executive in Field Sales at Stafford Motor Co. (Pvt) Ltd. Additional experience includes roles as a Showroom Executive at Digital Arcade and Sales Executive at OPPO Lanka, as well as sales promotion and distribution roles at Toyto Trading Private Limited and Energizer Lanka Private Limited. Isuru's education includes a degree from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, completed in June 2023, and a high school education from Isipathana College, Colombo.

Since 1970, SLIM has been promoting marketing excellence and elevating the status of marketing in Sri Lanka. Subsequently incorporated by an Act of Parliament in 1980, SLIM is a member of the Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka and of ESOMAR, the Federation of Marketing Research Industries.
