Kaushalya Perera is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Program Coordinator at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing since September 2018. Prior to this, Kaushalya held the position of Team Lead Manager at Bharti Airtel Lanka Pvt Ltd from April 2015 to August 2018. Kaushalya is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Northampton, where studies are ongoing since February 2023. Additionally, Kaushalya completed a PEARSON BTEC LEVEL 07 in Strategic Management & Leadership at the University of Northampton in 2019, and has a Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology and Development from Lyceum International School, Nugegoda, attained in 2019. Education was also received at St. Paul's Milagiriya.
