Sandun Madhawa

Sandun Madhawa has extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Finance Executive at Sri Lanka Insurance since March 2021. Prior roles include Senior Internal Auditor at People's Insurance PLC from May 2018 to March 2021 and Internal Auditor at Abans Group Sri Lanka from March 2017 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes an industrial training position at Bank of Ceylon in late 2016. Sandun Madhawa is pursuing Chartered Accountancy at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Colombo. Additional education includes a Chartered Insurer designation from The Sri Lanka Insurance Institute, indicating a commitment to professional development in finance and insurance.
