Marvin Johnson

Marvin Johnson is an experienced basketball coach and quality assurance specialist with a diverse background in coaching at various levels. Currently serving as the Jr. Heat Coordinator and Head Basketball Coach for the Miami HEAT since 2008, Marvin also contributes as a quality assurance specialist for SRI Management, LLC, where responsibilities include evaluating call performance and producing reports. Notably, Marvin created the "3 and Details" YouTube channel and has been a television basketball analyst for the Lone Star Conference. Additional coaching roles include assistant men's basketball coach at Midwestern State University and head coach at United States Basketball Academy, where significant player development and team success were achieved. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Florida International University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Midwestern State University.
