over 3 decades work experience in in the field of Agrochemicals, Sales and distribution, Feeds Manufacturing, Poultry Business including Layers, Contract Farming, Breeding, Chicks Sales and distribution.

He has successfully executed key positions of diverse nature and capacities during his career and has effectively handled operational and strategic responsibilities, including managing profit center operations, corporate planning, sales, and business development. He is proficient in setting up new verticals, dealing with industry issues and has worked on resolving industry related legal disputes with various States and Central Government. Mahesh is an IIM-A graduate from 1991 and worked with Godrej Group of Companies, C&M Hyline Farms Pvt Limited, Gold Mohur Foods and Feeds Ltd., of HUL, and VH Group.
