Karunjit Kumar Dhir

Karunjit Kumar Dhir is the current CEO of SRKAY Consulting Group. Karunjit has over 12 years of experience in heading up companies and delivering profitable growth. Before their current position, they were the Country Head of Malaysia for Nityo Infotech. There, they were responsible for managing and growing the company's profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets. Karunjit also oversaw all client relationships and ensured customer satisfaction at all levels. In addition to these responsibilities, Dhir also led the charge to improve operational efficiency and business performance delivery. Karunjit did this by recruiting and managing staff effectively, monitoring performance, mentoring employees, and providing training when needed. Furthermore, Dhir was also responsible for maintaining compliance with company values and code of conduct, as well as local and international statutory requirements. Karunjit has also been instrumental in SRKAY Consulting Group's strategic M&A in Malaysia and is a key member of the regional M&A team.

Karunjit Kumar Dhir has a post-graduation degree in Planning & Entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. Karunjit also has a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. In addition, they have completed their Senior Secondary education in Science from Sainik School Balachadi. Karunjit also has certification from NATIONAL CADET CORPS - India in "A" Certificate and from IBM in Certificate Of Completion - "Integrity in Supplier Relationships".
