The SRM School of Banking, is part of the SRM group, that provides the entire spectrum of training needs for BFSI Industry, spanning Entry Level Training, Domain Training Modules, Soft-Skills, Management Programs and Leadership Development. We offer both standard and customised training programs to our BFSI clients aimed at enhancing employee skill levels and productivity. The need of the hour is to create academic programs, which blend knowledge, skill and application orientation required by the banking sector thus creating such modern bankers who are industry ready. Recognising this need SRM University and SRM School of Banking have crafted an academic framework that paves way for designing programs and courses, which can be tailor-made to suit individual banks requirements. The academic framework devised by us follows the principles of “outcome-based education”. By doing so the programs so designed using this framework ensure inculcating the requisite skills for being productive from the day the student joins the organization at any level – be it at operating level, officer level or managerial level. SRM School of Banking draws its strength from the pedigree of SRM Group. The SRM school of banking's leadership team has key people from the industry who have held leadership positions in Manipal Group and NIIT - IFBI. An Advisory body/Mentors comprising of leaders from BFSI, and other sectors provide strategic directions on emerging and futuristic industry trends. Assisting the leadership is a team of professional senior ex-bankers and experts in other functional areas. They are involved in implementation of organisation’s initiatives which include Program curation to program delivery.
