Katiana McClain, M.S., SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SROA Capital since March 2020, focusing on talent management within a private equity real estate platform. Prior to this role, Katiana worked as a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist for Avis Budget Group from October 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment across South Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
