Mark Gendler

Mark is a Director of Business Development for the SRS Acquiom Loan Agency business and is responsible for the acquisition of new clients. Mark works closely with borrowers, lenders, and law firms to identify loan opportunities where SRS Acquiom may provide its Agency services.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Mark was a VP of Corporate Trust Sales at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for business development in the M&A Escrow, Loan Agency, and Project Finance space. Before that, Mark spent a combined 12 years in the Depositary Receipts business with BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank as a Transaction Manager focusing on complex M&A and reorganizations for foreign private issuers. Mark played a significant role in opening foreign markets to international investment utilizing the Depository Receipts equity structure.

Mark has a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business in State College, PA.
