Wes Esquivel

Wes Esquivel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership development, coaching, and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Latino Sales & Marketing Program Manager and Learning & Organizational Development Senior Manager at SRS Distribution Inc., Wes has previously held leadership roles across various organizations, including Austin Bridge & Road, Austin Industries, and Youth 180, Inc. Significant expertise includes professional coaching, talent development, curriculum design, and bilingual facilitation. Wes's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Ministry and Leadership from Dallas Christian College and a Certificate in Ministry and Leadership from the Center for Christian Education. Additionally, Wes has contributed to community engagement as a Spanish Minister at Grace Place Church of Christ and has experience in church planting and educational transitions for youth.
