Rich Walter

Rich Walter currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Capital Markets Group at SRS Real Estate Partners, a position held since May 2018. Prior to this, Rich was Senior Managing Director at Promontory Interfinancial Network from March 2012 to March 2018, where significant contributions included the development and operation of Bankassetpoint.com. Rich also held the role of President at Faris Lee Investments from January 2000 to March 2012, leading the firm in national expansion and overseeing the Capital Markets group in New York. Earlier in the career, Rich founded and served as President of Real Estate Institutional Services, Inc. (REIS), a private investment bank established in 1989.
