Anusha Jayachandran

Anusha Jayachandran has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 14 years. Anusha started their career as an HR Executive at Travancore Rural Development Producer Company Ltd in 2006. Anusha then worked as a Customer Service representative at ICICI Bank for three years before transitioning to the role of Senior HR Executive at Cadmium Technologies & Solutions in 2010. At Cadmium, they were part of the core team and played a key role in business planning, product ideation, requirement analysis, solution definition, and market research. Anusha also handled HR functions including resource transition, integration and retention plans, and framing HR policies. In 2014, Anusha joined Argent as a Manager of Human Resources. Anusha worked there for two years before moving to Toonz Animation India Pvt Ltd as Deputy Manager of HR in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources Operations at SRS Web Solutions, Inc, a role they started in September 2020.

Anusha Jayachandran completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Computer Applications from Mahatma Gandhi University, SAS College from 2001 to 2004. Anusha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Marketing from ICFAI Business School between 2004 and 2006. In 2018, they obtained an eMDP degree in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. Anusha also has additional certifications, including the Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) from CHRMP Certified Human Resource Management Professional, which they obtained in December 2018, and the HIPAA Privacy Rule certification from Bambee, obtained in September 2020.
