Jennifer Peterson Rouda is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of 7Skyline and Co-Founder, Director of Environmental Planning at SRSH2. With a robust background in environmental planning and energy project management, Jennifer holds board positions at GreenGenStorage and Solar Oregon. Previously, Jennifer worked as Head of Financial and Technical Assistance for the Alliance for Tribal Clean Energy and was a Developer at Navajo Power. Jennifer has extensive experience in project management and business development from roles at Abengoa T&I, LLC, CH2M, and Ecology and Environment, Inc. Academically, Jennifer is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Sciences at the University of Oxford, holds a Master's degree in Earth Sciences from Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Chemistry and Philosophy from Brown University, alongside a program in Conflict Management from Johns Hopkins SAIS.

St. Regis Solar Hydrogen (SRSH2) is creating a hydrogen production facility that utilizes solar power with clean water usage. This facility will produce zero carbon hydrogen fuel replacing carbon intensive processes in industries that are challenging to decarbonize to achieve the goal of improving the lives and futures of people throughout Montana and the region.
