Samu Lamminen

Samu Lamminen is an experienced professional in transactions and project management within the construction and property development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Transactions at SRV since January 2024, Samu previously held the position of Project Development Manager at NCC Property Development Oy, focusing on new project development, land acquisition, and investor transactions. Samu's extensive background includes roles as Project Manager and Project Engineer at YIT, where responsibilities encompassed project design and management. Samu's earlier experience includes a Production Engineer role at Lemminkäinen Group, with involvement in cost monitoring and quality control, and multiple structural engineering positions at Insinööritoimisto Lauri Mehto Oy. Samu holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and Economics along with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
