Cynthia Grelik

Cynthia Grelik has extensive experience in the legal field. Cynthia is currently the Executive Vice President, Legal at SRx Health Solutions. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President, Legal at a Single Family Office, where they provided legal advice on various business activities and was responsible for asset management, investment strategy, risk management, and other legal matters. Cynthia also worked as the General Counsel at Mercedes-Benz Canada, where they established the company's first legal department and developed legal processes and procedures. Cynthia has also held roles at the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee, BlackBerry, Parmalat Canada, and Hitchman & Sprigings, gaining experience in contract negotiation, policy development, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Cynthia started their career as a Law Student at Greenspan White and then continued as a Student-At-Law at Bereskin & Parr. Overall, Cynthia brings a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience to their legal roles.

Cynthia Grelik obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Pharmacology and Therapeutics from McGill University from 2002 to 2004. Cynthia began their educational journey by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Applied Psychology from York University from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cynthia obtained a certification as a Motor Vehicle Salesperson from the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) in July 2022.
