Melissa Caster

Melissa Caster has extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management, currently serving as an Account Representative at S&S Worldwide since January 2005. In this role, Melissa is responsible for increasing sales and fostering business relationships with both new and existing customers through effective negotiation, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service. Prior to this position, Melissa worked as a Treatment Assistant at Sstar Of Rhode Island and as a Sales Manager at DS MAX, where leadership of a seven-member sales team was key, involving daily motivational meetings. Melissa earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the Community College of Rhode Island.
