Brian Mannelly

Brian Mannelly is a Senior Manager of Planning at SSA Marine, a position held since April 2016, contributing to the operations of the world’s leading cargo terminal company. Prior experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Foss Waterway Seaport, where the mission focuses on celebrating Tacoma's maritime heritage, and working as a Ports and Marine Planner at AECOM, leading port and intermodal infrastructure projects. Mannelly previously held the title of Planning Director at the Port of Tacoma, which plays a pivotal role in international trade and economic development. Earlier career roles involved site planning and design at firms such as VHB and Design Workshop. Mannelly’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University.
