Shawn Favila

Shawn Favila is an experienced maritime operations professional currently serving as Vessel/Operations Superintendent at SSA Marine since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Port Manager San Diego at SSA Pacific from April 2019 to June 2023, and worked at SSA Marine from January 2006 to March 2019 as both Terminal Manager and Superintendent, overseeing cargo operations. Earlier in Shawn's career, experience as an Iron Worker with Local 416 from 1999 to 2005, complemented by completion of the 416 Reinforcing Ironworkers Apprenticeship program from 1999 to 2003, provided a solid foundation in the construction industry.
