Jari Penttinen

Jari Penttinen is an experienced IT and digitalization leader currently serving as the CIO and Head of IT for SSAB Europe since June 2022. Previously, Jari held various roles at Huhtamaki, including Head of Business IT and Director of Business IT for the Fiber Foodservice EAO segment, focusing on business IT solutions and digital transformation. Jari's career also includes positions at BearingPoint, GS-Hydro, Deloitte Finland, Onninen, Elcoteq, Bluegiga Technologies, Nokia, and IBM Global Services, showcasing a strong background in IT consultancy, project management, and digital strategy implementation. Jari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
