Mark Hallquisth is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and strategic legal advice. Since 2010, Mark has served as General Counsel for SSAB AB, focusing on SSAB Special Steels, and is a member of the executive committee for the APAC business area. Current board membership at the Royal Swedish Yacht Club (KSSS) began in 2020. Prior to SSAB AB, Mark was a Senior Associate at Advokatfirman Lindahl, where expertise in transactional law was developed, and held an associate position at Reed Smith LLP, advising clients in the maritime industry.
