Miia Kataja

Miia Kataja currently serves as the Head of Data Privacy and Group Data Protection Officer at SSAB since September 2023. Prior to this role, Miia held the position of Global Data Privacy Manager Marine at Wärtsilä from February 2021 to August 2023. Miia's extensive experience at Siemens from May 2000 to January 2021 includes roles such as Global Data Privacy Manager for Digital Industries, Data Privacy Manager for the Nordic region, Data Privacy Manager for Finland and the Baltics, as well as Information Security Officer and Consultant for the same regions. Miia began a professional journey in information security as a Trainee within the Corporate Security division.
