Wendy Austin Lett, MBA-HRM, currently serves as a Senior Analyst for HRIS at SSAB since December 2019, providing technical support, designing reports, and ensuring system integration within the Human Resources team. Additionally, Wendy holds the position of Chapter President for Escambia County SHRM. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Administrator for Payroll at The SSI Group, overseeing multi-state payroll and audits, and Payroll Manager/ADP Administrator at Goodwill Easterseals of the Gulf Coast, managing payroll for over 600 employees. Wendy's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Human Resources from Faulkner University.
