Benjamin Sharratt

Benjamin Sharratt is the Vice-Principal at GEMS Wellington International School, where they oversee the ‘Culture for Learning’. With nine years of experience in Dubai, Benjamin has held several leadership roles, including Head of Year, Deputy Headteacher, and Head of School. They have a strong background in school improvement, focusing on enhancing Learning, Teaching, and Assessment practices. Additionally, Benjamin works as a Lead Practitioner Trainer with SSAT and serves as Co-Chair for the OECD Development's Education 2030 initiative. They hold a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) from the London Institute for Education and are actively involved in the High-Performance Learning Program.
