Chris Kohart, CPA, CEPA has over 10 years of work experience in the accounting field. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Owner of Kohart Accounting, P. A., a full-service accounting firm in Lawrence, Kansas. In 2017, they joined SSC CPAs + Advisors as a Senior Manager. At SSC CPAs + Advisors, they provide highly personalized service and showcases their technical proficiency to offer remarkable service to clients, which is enhanced by the fact that the firm is employee-owned.

Chris Kohart, CPA, CEPA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas from 1998 to 2003. Furthermore, they became a Certified Public Accountant in July 2006 through the Kansas Board of Accountancy. In November 2020, they acquired the Certified Exit Planning Advisor certification from the Exit Planning Institute.
