Scott Newman

Scott Newman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Scott started their career as a Senior Accountant at Davis Newman, P.C. in 1989, where they prepared compilations, reviews, budgets, forecasts, tax returns, and provided tax planning and consulting services. Moving on, they joined Ruby Tuesday in 1999 as a Tax Manager, responsible for maintaining financial models, compiling tax returns, and preparing income tax accruals and reconciliations. In 2004, they became a Financial Analyst at First American Financial Corporation, before transitioning to SAIC in 2008 as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst. At SAIC, Scott worked until 2013, contributing to financial planning functions. Scott then joined Foothills Construction Management Company, LLC in 2005 as a Managing Partner, before finally joining SSC Services For Education in 2013 as a Finance Manager.

Scott Newman earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University - College of Business, studying there from 1985 to 1989.
