Jamie Cadman served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant and Tactical Information Systems Technician from 2005 to 2010, where they led a unit providing comprehensive IT support and received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. After their service, Jamie worked at HP Enterprise Services as a Desktop Support Technician, achieving a 95% satisfaction rating and a successful migration for 1,500 end-users. Jamie continued to advance in their career at Credit Suisse, where they held several leadership roles in IT Service Desk operations, and is currently the Director, Global Head of IT Service Desk at SS&C Technologies. Jamie holds an Associate’s Degree in Networking Technology from Wake Technical Community College, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
