Yoki Terefe, CPA, is a senior accounting professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. They served as an Assistant Controller at Stream Realty Partners and have held various roles including Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant. Prior to that, Yoki worked as an Accountant at American Airlines and as an Investment Controller at USAA Real Estate from 2019 to 2022.
