Rachel Cecilio

Rachel Cecilio is a skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) management. Currently serving at SSDM since July 2022, Rachel has previously held positions as Project Manager and PM Senior Associate. Prior to SSDM, Rachel worked as Operations Manager at Cosmo Salon Studios from July 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations, facility development, studio buildouts, and providing franchising support. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.
