Tim Stothart

Tim Stothart is an experienced leader in energy transformation and operational management, currently serving as Director of Transformation and Director of Strategic Portfolio at SSE Energy Solutions since November 2021. Previously, Tim held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Peoples Energy for a brief period in 2021 and served as Director of Energy Services at E.ON where significant contributions included overseeing a £250m operation and delivering major smart energy deployment initiatives. Tim’s career also encompasses roles such as Director of Change, Transformation and Data at Innogy Renewables UK, where substantial financial benefits through transformation initiatives were achieved. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at RWE and Centrica, showcasing a strong background in driving change and improving efficiencies in the energy sector. Tim holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Sunderland.
