Mikaela'sroles have included Commercial Director, Managing Partner - Director of Strategic Advisory, Head of Enterprise Deals, and Strategic Advisor - Acquisition. Mikaela has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, commercial negotiations, and strategic advisory, with a strong track record of success in driving organizational growth and achieving strategic objectives.

Mikaela James studied Managerial Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and went on to pursue a Postgraduate Law (BVC) degree at Nottingham Law School.
