Remus Tincu is an experienced professional in business change management and project management with a robust background in IT operations. Currently serving as a Business Change Manager and Project Manager at Neos Networks since February 2017, Remus leads telecommunications projects, manages sports infrastructure programs, and oversees various CI/Transformation projects while liaising with high-profile organizations. Prior to this role, Remus was the IT Manager at Furze Platt Senior School, where responsibilities included enhancing IT infrastructure, implementing ITIL practices, and managing cloud deployments for over 1,600 users.
