Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts is an experienced HR Reporting & Finance Manager at SSE plc, specializing in budgeting, financial reporting, and project management within Human Resources. Since September 2017, Chris has been responsible for managing financials associated with HR budgets, delivering organizational and people metrics reporting, and overseeing the reporting of Covid cases to executive committees. Prior to this, Chris held various HR and MI management positions at RBS from 2008 to 2016, where significant achievements included designing and implementing reporting templates and managing substantial HR budgets. Chris's career began at NTL telecommunications and included roles at O2 and the Student Loans Company, focusing on operational reporting and capacity planning. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Glasgow.
