Craig Ross

Craig Ross has extensive experience at SSE plc, having held various roles since July 2001. Currently serving as the EPM Systems Operations & Resilience Manager, Craig ensures the availability, continuity, resilience, and performance of all EPM IT applications, acting as a liaison between business and technology functions. Previous positions include EPM Systems Operations Manager, EPM Settlements Team Leader, and EPM Settlements Analyst, contributing to a deep understanding of system operations and settlements within the organization.
