David Yule

David Yule is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business improvement and planning, currently serving as Senior Manager at SSE plc and Senior Business Improvement and Planning Manager at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since September 2023. Prior to these roles, David spent over a decade at BT Group, holding various leadership positions including Head of Transformation, Head of Customer Service Enablement, and Head of Service Capability, where responsibilities encompassed transformation initiatives, customer service modernization, and operational effectiveness. David’s earlier experience at Sitel involved managing a multifunctional outsource contact center, overseeing P&L, customer experience, and employee engagement.
