Dominic Sampays

Dominic Sampays is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at SSE plc, participating in the SSEN Procurement & Commercial Graduate Programme since September 2023. Previously, Dominic served as a Design Engineer at AKFS Special Vehicles Ltd from July 2019 to September 2023, leading design projects within the AKFS Group. Earlier experience includes working as a Chalet Host at Inghams from December 2017 to April 2019 and completing an apprenticeship as a Fabricator at R & B Industrial Ltd from December 2011 to September 2013. Dominic holds a Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University College of Estate Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of the West of England. Additionally, an NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Engineering was obtained from SETA, complemented by GCSE qualifications from Testwood Sports College.
