John Tindal

John Tindal is currently the Head of Power Economics at SSE, where they focus on market design, including national pricing and policy incentives. Previously, they held the position of Head of Market Design at SSE plc, where they contributed to low carbon investment and network charging strategies. John also served as an Analysis Manager and Senior Commercial Analyst in Power and Renewables at SSE and owned a social enterprise consultancy from 2002 to 2009. They began their career as an Investment Analyst at Aegon, specializing in U.S. equities, after earning a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
