Lucy Veronica B. is a seasoned IT and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in managing digital and data initiatives across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of IT Digital and Data at SSE plc since May 2024, Lucy previously held various roles at HSBC, including Digital and Data Product Manager and Digital Transformation Programme Manager, from May 2014 to May 2024.
