Nikki Flanders

Nikki Flanders currently serves as the Managing Director of Energy Customer Solutions at SSE plc and has held various leadership roles across different organizations. In addition to managing SSE Airtricity UK & Ireland since October 2019, Nikki is a Non-Executive Director at Pinewood.AI, a Council Member for the Confederation of British Industry, and a Business Council Partner with the British Chambers of Commerce. Nikki is also a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows, St George's House, and has previously chaired Fusion Heating Ltd and served as a Non-Executive Director at Pendragon PLC. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Opus Energy from February 2017 to September 2019, where full operational responsibility and leadership of a 1,000-member team was undertaken. Nikki holds qualifications from various esteemed institutions, including a degree from St Georges House and CIMA from BPP Law/Accountancy School.
