Rachel Powell has extensive experience in IT and customer service roles, currently serving as a Customer Assistant and Team Leader at Vue Entertainment since October 2009. At SSE plc, Rachel has held various positions since February 2016, including IT Portfolio Reporting Analyst, where responsibilities include IT project finance reporting and the development of a new timesheet system. Additional roles at SSE plc include Analyst Programmer, Senior PMO Analyst, PMO Analyst, and participation in a graduate scheme that encompassed multiple IT functions. Educationally, Rachel holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Bristol, complemented by foundational education at Downe House School.
