Rhiann Higgins is a Senior Metadata Analyst at SSE plc since July 2023. Prior to this position, Rhiann served as a Senior Information Scientist and an Information Scientist at ThinkAnalytics from April 2019 to June 2023. Rhiann also completed a Learning Analytics Internship at the University of Strathclyde in the first half of 2019 and gained work experience at the National Library of Scotland in late 2018. Rhiann's earlier career includes various roles in hospitality from May 2013 to April 2019. Rhiann holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Strathclyde (2018-2019) and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Glasgow Caledonian University, one in Communication and Media Studies (2015-2017) and another in Journalism (2012-2014).
