Eimear Lenehan

Eimear Lenehan has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Offshore Consents Ireland at SSE Renewables since January 2016, where Eimear manages the Irish consenting team for SSE's onshore wind farm portfolio, focusing on planning and preconstruction compliance. Prior to this role, Eimear was a Development Project Manager at SSE plc from September 2008 to January 2016 and worked as a Project Manager at RES (Renewable Energy Systems Ltd) from March 2004 to July 2008. Eimear holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Ulster University, an ILM Level 7 qualification from Belfast Met, and is pursuing a Certificate in the Regulation of the Power Sector at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies.
