Lee Skedd

Lee Skedd is an experienced engineering professional specializing in renewable energy projects, currently serving as the Lead Project Engineer for Offshore International Development Projects at SSE Renewables since June 2021. Lee manages multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver fixed and floating offshore wind farms across international markets. Previously, as Renewables Bid Manager at LDD from September 2019 to June 2021, responsibilities included business development and client relationship management for global renewables projects. Lee's earlier roles included Design and Commercial Engineer at Fugro, Estimator Engineer and Naval Analysis Engineer at Saipem, and Project Engineer at Wood Group Kenny. Lee holds a Master of Engineering degree in Naval Architecture with Ocean Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2011.
