Summer Richardson

Summer Richardson is a Lead Commissioning Engineer at SSE Renewables, overseeing the Dogger Bank project since April 2023, and previously held the role of Commissioning Lead for Offshore Projects. Prior to SSE Renewables, Summer worked as a Commissioning Supervisor at Vestas from March 2021 to April 2023, and as an Offshore Wind Turbine Technician at RWE Renewables from August 2017 to March 2021. The educational background includes an HNC in Electrical Engineering from Lakes College West Cumbria (2019-2021), along with training at the National Fluid Power Centre (2019) and the Uniper Engineering Academy (2017-2019), as well as studies at Dumfries and Galloway College (2016-2017) and Dumfries Academy.
