Arpan Jana Miet

Arpan Jana MIET is currently serving as an Assistant Power Systems Engineer at the National HVDC Centre within SSEN Transmission since September 2023 and previously held the position of Graduate HVDC Engineer at the same institution. Prior experience includes a vocational training stint at the Kasba 220kV substation with West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited during July 2021. Arpan Jana completed a Master of Science in Electrical Power Systems Engineering at The University of Manchester from September 2022 to September 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Management (UEM) between January 2018 and June 2022. Earlier education includes achievements at Vivekananda Mission School, where Arpan Jana completed the ISC in Computer Science and the ICSE curriculum.
