Alice Gualpa Thompson

Alice Gualpa Thompson is a seasoned professional in the field of data and educational outcomes. Currently serving as Senior Director of Quality and Outcomes at SSG Project 180 since January 2025, Alice previously held the position of Senior Director of Data and Impact at the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools for over a decade, where leadership involved the development of data strategies for a large organization supporting multiple schools. Earlier roles include Senior Analyst at the California Charter Schools Association and Research Analyst at the Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, & Student Testing (CRESST), complemented by foundational experience as an Analyst with the Los Angeles Unified School District. Alice holds a Master's degree in Education from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from San Francisco State University, alongside professional development in Women's School Leadership from UCLA.
