Dave Tassone

Dave Tassone currently serves as the Senior Director of People and Culture at SSG Project 180, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Dave held several roles at Citizens of the World Los Angeles from August 2016 to June 2024, including Director of Talent, Senior Manager of Talent, and Manager of Talent. Additional experience includes serving as a Broad Resident at The Broad Center between July 2019 and June 2021, and various positions at Teach For America from August 2010 to July 2016, culminating as Director of Corps Member Policies and Procedures. Beginning a career in education, Dave was an English Teacher at New Haven Public Schools from September 2008 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education Leadership from The Broad Residency in Urban Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Wesleyan University.
