Fawad Ahmed Khan

Fawad Ahmed Khan has extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as Company Secretary at Sui Southern Gas Company since July 2024 and at SSGC LPG Ltd. since July 2016. Previous roles include Company Secretary positions at Frontier Works Organization from July 2015 to June 2016, and Manager Finance & Accounts at Pakistan Textile City Limited from November 2006 to March 2015. Fawad's expertise encompasses corporate compliance, financial statement preparation, budget planning, risk management, and procurement processes. Fawad has also worked in various capacities in financial reporting and ERP implementation, including positions at Grand Leisure Corporation Limited, Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates, and MSGee, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial analysis and consultancy. Fawad holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi, along with a diploma in Computer Sciences from Petroman Training Institute.
