Fakhruddin Johar Ali

Fakhruddin Johar Ali is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SSH Design since November 2012. Throughout this tenure, Fakhruddin has held various roles, progressively advancing from HR Officer to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to the effective delivery of HR policies and supporting HR management in administrative tasks. Prior to this, Fakhruddin worked as an HR Officer/Coordinator at Heston from March 2008 to October 2012, overseeing full-cycle recruiting and the management of recruitment processes across multiple sectors. Fakhruddin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Himalayan University.
