Sior Cathy Coate

Cathy Coate, SIOR has had an extensive and varied work experience. Cathy began their current role as Senior Vice President at SSH Real Estate in 2016. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President at Colliers International from 2009 to 2016. From 1997 to 2007, they were the President of Nonprofit Services at Seligsohn Soens Hess. Cathy also served as the Executive Director of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance from 1988 to 1996 and as the Assistant Director of the Institute for the Study of Civic Values from 1983 to 1988.

Cathy Coate, SIOR has a diverse education background. Cathy obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Denver, where they studied from 1972 to 1978. Later, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Pennsylvania between 1980 and 1983. Prior to their university education, they attended Westtown School, although no specific dates or degrees are available for this period.
