Previously, Ashley held the position of Interim Director of Nursing at Essentia Health, leading the facility to achieve a 5-star CMS rating and ensuring compliance with nursing protocols. With extensive experience in psychiatric nursing, Ashley has worked in various roles, including Director of Nursing at Cedarhurst Senior Living and Psychiatric Charge Nurse in multiple healthcare facilities, displaying strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care.
